MGH Offshore is expanding! We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Manager to join our team.
The role:
- Managing the staffing side of MGH business
- Day to day appointing and management of contractors
- Update current and implement new recruitment procedures
- Being the main point of contact for all resourcing issues
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years experience
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Experience in energy sector (preferable, however not essential).
